What
is "bundled golf"?
In a
bundled golf community, your golf membership is included
with the home or condo purchase and is
"bundled" together with the title to the
property. Every homeowner is a member. There is no
initiation fee. The membership transfers to a new owner
upon resale. A tenant can assume all golf privileges
with a small transfer fee. Annual dues are mandatory and
generally run $3000 to $6000. These are above the
regular condominium or homeowner association fees.
Normally you would pay only cart fees to play golf. The
number of members is usually around 700-800. Bundled
golf is much less expensive than an equity membership.
Usually there are no food and beverage minimums.
