Dear Mr. Snow, You put us in contact with Johanne for our visit in April to look into the possibility of buying a holiday property in the Naples area. She contacted us exactly as promised and on meeting quickly assessed what our requirements might be. She showed us one or two options in the resale market to give us an idea of what might be available and which focused our thoughts on new build. She had already identified the development on which we finally decided. We had also found some others which she visited with us and followed up with questions to the developers. After a long day we arranged to return with her to look at the construction site at Heatherstone - again she was very useful making a number of helpful comments. The following day she returned with us to sign the Purchase Agreement. On the Saturday morning, as we were leaving, she was able to sort out a problem with the developer in respect of our preliminary deposit. Finding a realtor that is willing to spend time helping and educating you from 1100 miles was not an easy task. Most that we made contact with would e-mail us homes each week and if you didn't show a strong interest in a few weeks they would loose interest in you as a customer. All the realtors that we dealt with really didn't want to spend the time to assist us in our potential buy until you came to Florida with your checkbook. I am still not sure how I came across Ray Snow it must have been my lucky day. Ray spent months educating me about the pros and cons of different areas; golf verses non-golf and bundled golf verses private golf membership. We fell in love with the first two homes we looked at one was new and not built yet and the other was a turnkey just what we wanted.
