Lorraine and I started communicating with Ray via emails; he was referred to us by another real estate professional. We had specific real estate requirements but knew little of the Naples area market. After months of internet communications, telephone conversations and mailings, we were comfortable enough to establish a date to meet in Naples.

Upon our arrival, Ray met with us, well prepared with information and documentation to review, once again, our needs and market availability. Together a schedule/plan was designed to insure our requirements were met with utmost efficiency. After three days of intense and dedicated subdivision previews, we were in a position to recap the previous days' activities and determine in which specific direction we wanted to proceed.

Ray's efforts culminated in a money saving purchase of a new villa in Estero. In January of 2003 my wife and I vacationed in Naples, while there we started to look around at properties for possible purchase. Not having a realtor our selections were limited to new homes and open houses. On our arrival home to a foot of snow we both realized that we would like to spend more time in Florida.

 

We knew from our last trip how important a good realtor was going to be, so we started to contact realtors that were recommended or that we saw their adds in the realtors magazines.

 

Finding a realtor that is willing to spend time helping and educating you from 1100 miles was not an easy task. Most that we made contact with would e-mail us homes each week and if you didn't show a strong interest in a few weeks they would loose interest in you as a customer. All the realtors that we dealt with really didn't want to spend the time to assist us in our potential buy until you came to Florida with your checkbook.

 

I am still not sure how I came across Ray Snow it must have been my lucky day. Ray spent months educating me about the pros and cons of different areas; golf verses non-golf and bundled golf verses private golf membership. 

 

I would take this information and get on the inter-net and search for homes that would appeal to me. When I found one I liked I would call Ray and he would be honest with his opinion never trying to make a quick sale.

 

After months of searching we felt it was time to go to Fl. and buy a home, Ray knew basically what we were looking for and blocked out 3 days to show us Naples.

 

We fell in love with the first two homes we looked at one was new and not built yet and the other was a turnkey just what we wanted. Ray could of made the sale and went home after the first two hours but insisted that we take the next two days and look at what he had scheduled to see at the end of the second day we bought the second home that we saw.

 

From our very first contact, through the search, the purchase, and finally the settlement Ray was very much the professional and made what could have been a trying experiencing a very pleasurable one. We love our home and have no have no plans on moving but if we did Ray would get the call to handle all of our realtor needs.
